Fix the Gut Package – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Fix the Gut Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

  1. Payment & Pricing
  • Upfront payment: $620 (one-time payment), OR
  • Payment plan: 2 x monthly payments of $330

All payments are processed at the time of purchase or according to the selected payment plan schedule.

If payment under a payment plan fails, access to consultations and programs will be paused until payments are up to date.

  1. Refund Policy
  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds are available for change of mind, change in circumstances, or for unused consultations or program access.
  1. Consultations
    The package includes 3 x consultations:
  • Initial Consultation
  • Extended Return Consultation
  • Standard Return Consultation

All consultations are delivered via telehealth.

Consultations must be booked and used within 12 months of purchase. Unused consultations after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or credited.

Supplements, functional testing, and additional consultations are not included in the package and may be recommended at extra cost.

  1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee, payable before rebooking.
  • The clinic reserves the right to withhold further services if repeated last-minute cancellations occur.
  1. Program Access
    Clients receive lifetime access to:
  • SIBO Food Roadmap
  • IBS & SIBO Relief Solution

Access is granted after purchase is confirmed.

Access is for the purchaser only and must not be shared, transferred, sold, or distributed.

  1. Scope of Services
  • This package includes only the items listed above.
  • It does not cover emergency care, medical treatment, or services outside the scope of naturopathic practice.
  • Ongoing care beyond the 3 consultations must be booked and purchased separately.
  1. Telehealth Conditions
  • All consultations are conducted online via telehealth.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a private, quiet environment for their consultations.
  • The clinic is not liable for disruptions caused by poor internet connectivity or technology issues on the client’s side.
  1. Medical Disclaimer
  • This package provides educational and naturopathic support only.
  • It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a GP or specialist.
  • Clients should continue to seek medical care for health conditions and emergencies.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All materials provided through the SIBO Food Roadmap and IBS & SIBO Relief Solution are owned by The Nourished Gut Clinic.
  • Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
  1. Privacy & Confidentiality
  • All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
  1. Right to Refuse Service
  • The clinic reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a client does not comply with these terms, engages in inappropriate conduct, or fails to meet payment obligations.
